At GP Machining we specialize in castings and forgings. We design and build the tooling required for holding the castings thru each machining operation. Our Prototype Department consists of top notch machinists capable of milling or turning some of the most difficult engineering requirements including our own in house tooling and fixtures.

We manufacture and assemble hydraulic gear pumps and gear cartridges for our customers. These assemblies include side plates, center plates, carbon or bronze bearing and gears all machined at GP Machining. Final assemblies must meet strict requirements to produce proper flow and backlash, and all of this is achieved in conjunction with maintaining a very clean shop environment.
